MONATIK is returning to the coaching panel of Holos Krainy for its 14th season, as Ukraine’s flagship singing competition prepares to launch a new edition this autumn. The season will air on 1+1 Ukraine and will also be available to viewers in Ukraine through Netflix subscriptions, according to the broadcaster.

The upcoming season is being presented as a search for a distinctive sound that reflects its time. Organizers say the show will look for performers capable of becoming “the voice of our era,” placing the focus on contestants with individual musical identities and the potential to connect with a new generation of listeners.

For MONATIK, whose full name is Dmytro, the return marks his fourth season as a coach on the adult version of Holos Krainy. He has also appeared twice on Holos.Dity, participating in its third and fourth seasons. In 2017, his contestant Daneliia Tuleshova won the competition, adding a notable result to his record within the franchise.

In comments published by 1+1 Ukraine, MONATIK said he was grateful to have been invited back as a coach and described the role as one he approaches with considerable responsibility. He said that additional ideas, listening experience and professional development had strengthened what he could offer contestants. The artist added that he wanted to help the next generation make its voice heard more clearly and said he would be looking for distinctive performers whose personalities could inspire new creative work.

The broadcaster characterizes MONATIK as a hitmaker, composer and creator known for large-scale show programs and an unconventional approach to artistic projects. According to the official announcement, his coaching focuses on recognizing qualities that can help participants develop into professional artists, including vocal individuality, charisma and a personal story. The production says these priorities have contributed to teams featuring visually and musically distinctive contestants, each with an opportunity to present themselves in a new way.

MONATIK will join Tina Karol and Natalia Mohylevska on the announced coaching lineup. 1+1 Ukraine said the name of the fourth star coach will be revealed later. The show’s returning presenters will be Yurii Horbunov and Kateryna Osadcha, who remain attached to the project for the new season.

Holos Krainy 14 will therefore combine a familiar franchise lineup with a renewed search for performers whose sound and identity can represent the present moment. With its Ukrainian broadcast on 1+1 Ukraine and Netflix availability for viewers in the country, the season is set to reach audiences through both television and streaming.
